Is there anyone at the UKC office anymore? I've called about 20 times the last two weeks and all I get is a recording and putting me on hold. I've been worried that maybe they have been taken over by Robots and are being held prisoner. LOL!

LOL I have had the same problem but just called right back and was able to reach a person. You can always push 0 and it will send you to the operator. I have never not had the operator answer.

We are absolutely getting slammed right now which is a good problem to have. We are barely able to keep up with the work that is coming in. Last year it hit us in January if you remember but this year it's been February and March. Everyone is working overtime trying to keep up on litters and transfers. Early starts, late evenings and Saturdays. I even have someone from my Hunting Events Department down in Registration trying to help them catch up. No excuses....it's just very busy. Like I said, a good problem to have but sorry for the inconvenience.

The closer to 9:00 a.m. you can call the better chance you will have at getting right through.
