Should be able to get them at Wal-Mart or about any drug store. They're just a regular 2032 battery.

Actually 2 batteries when you replace them. Never seen them with the plastic wrap holding them together anywhere except in the light package.

You don't need the plastic just make sure they're both facing the same way. Buy em anywhere that sells batteries.
