What Is Your Opinion

I have a redtick pup 4 months old when running a loose and gets tired she comes in the house. She dose what ever my wife and kids do go walking rides the rhino pretty much a lap dog. Will this hurt her as i start to hunt her or no thanks

interaction with the family might be good for a young dog, but i don't think i would let her run around on her own to do whatever it is she wants to. To many bad things can happen, and lots of those are hard to break when they start. off game being first on list.

Yep I agree 100%. You allso want the dog full of energy when you go to do something with it. If it has been running with the kids or what ever and tired when you go get it that will be a broblem too. You want your pup board before you go work with it and have some thinking time after you get done.

mine run loose from weaning until i start hunting them and i have very little trash problem and the pups know how to hunt when i start them

Like patches does...the dogs i hunt run free till they are ready to hunt...interact with people and dogs and cows and horses etc all day...they start treein barn cats or squirrels its time to put em up and get em started....

They turn out friendly and smart...by the time it is time to hunt em theyve already been exposed to a lot of things a dog raised on a chain or kennel has likely never seen....

They also listen very well and manner very well by the time they are ready to hunt....they know i am their buddy but also know to respect ke and listen to me...i dont have to take timw to work with them because they get worked daily...
