Its ok but only half as bright as the other LED lights, not worth the cost of the light. Mine is the high dollar one with the G2 head. Iv'e put the head on belt lights and made no diff. still as dim as ever. The $40 k-spot light is twice as bright.
I love mine. Holds charge for a long time, very comfortable and balanced. Not the best for shining the tree. I usually use mine when I go pleasure hunting with a few people that are using regular belt lights so they can shine the tree.
I have the $150 model. I use it mostly for chores before daylight on those rare occasions when I get up that early and also as a loaner/spare hunting light. My only real gripe with it is that the spot is way too tight. There is almost no halo. Plenty bright enough to find a coon but not even close to a 20v G2. But it is very light, comfortable and last a LONG time between charges.

The light you are talking about is the K-Light Ultra Max Cap Light. The price is $150.00 and as far as brightness and dependably there is no light on the maket that compares. As far as shining the tree it will put out a 21 or a 28 volt light. When shining a leafy tree you need to use a red or amber lens.
