Need advice with puppies PLEASE

My Bluetick had her 1st pup @ 9:00 and it is now 11:10. Should I be worried? This is her 1st litter. She is doing an excellent job with licking him and this is my 1st litter.

Chill out, sounds like she is cleaning them up fine. Better off just to leave her alone while she is having them you probaly will just make her nervous she will get up and lay on one of them if you keep fooling with her, just relax and go to bed and check early in the morn, GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the advice Judson! I am just watching her and not fooling with her. I just got advice that if she hasn't had 1 in 2 hours to call the vet, but I will chill out.

Females and puppy timming.

I've had two females have pups at the exact same time.One female was having walkers the other blk an Tans.They both had thier first pup same time 1 pm by 6 pm the walker had ten the blk dog had three. At 10 pm still the same count so my buddy said the blk dog was done suggested moving some walkers over to the blk female which I did moving three walker pups over to the blk dog and went to bed. Gomer Pyle said it best,Next morning Surprise Surprise Surprise.The blk and tan had 5 more pups now thier were 11 on the blk female and seven on the walker.So I hauled two of the walkers back to thier mom and split 9 and 9.The blk dog mothered the walker just like her own.

See walkers do everything faster. LOL.

Just to let you know all is good and Momma had 5 pups. #2 & #3 just took a little longer and came at the same time. #4 & #5 came about 35 min apart from each other after 3 & 4. Definately an experience.
