garmin help please

so last night somehow i seemed to have made my garmin not communicate with the dc 30 im on the dog screen and didnt see anything so i just added a new dog so now it says dog there but i hit info and there is no communication????????????can anyone help if its to hard to emplain on here pm your number please

I believe you need to hook the TelecommunicatorTelePromptor to the Thingamajigerand then tap it with a small claw hammer...

start at MAIN MENU
goto DOG LIST
click on your dog
hit menu once.
hit start tracking.
then go back to dog status screen
hit menu again goto show info
and hit identify dog unit
then let it sit outside till it picks up signal

i had the same problem when i first got it

TJ & Maniac thanks for the help. i actually got hold of garmin and they had me delelte the dog then re add it with a new number and that worked so i didnt get to try your method. however if it happens again ill knowyour way which seems alot easier. so again thanks guys.

Mr Tuttle as for your method i do think it will work too, yet i am going to keep it in mind as a last line of defense sort of method.
