I just bought a pup that I thought was performance registered. The man didn't pay for the litter. Can I pay up the litter and then pay up my pup?

yes you can. You also can check with UKC prior to your purchase.
Lot of people are not paying these dogs up, PKC superstakes also.

you can nominate another persons litter with out them doing it you may can talk them into letting you pay for it and them do it tho
