Lee, I really do not have a good answer for you. However the logical thing would be to breed him to a Walker, preferable a Sackett Jr. bred female. Atleast the pups will have a little more tree in them. Just kidding. I am sure some on will give you a better suggestion, such as just buy a Walker. LOL.

an old timer told me he had a dog doing the exact thing one time way back when. he said he wanted to kill the dog cause it would run tracks backwords forwards locate under the coon go find another track do the same thing then he said one night the dog just clicked and started treeing and staying he said after that he was one of the best dogs he ever followed. for now i'll cross my fingers and hang on to him just because i really like his drive maybe he'll click too

Someone once told me to get to the tree before they live which is nearly impossible down here in Florida but if you ever make it tie them up and hope for the best from there...
Who owns the Gr Nt Ch Coma female that is bred to Deacon?
lee ive got the same problem with a plott male tthere has been nights ive caught him running between 3 trees a half mile apart and i just kept working my way to him until i could catch up to one of the trees he was at. he will tree 5 or 10 minutes on each tree and move to the next. i dont know what i can do to break him from this but when he does it he has a coon in every tree so i hate to shoot the fool . he will soon be 3 yrs old and i still cant figure this mess out. keep in touch if you get any good advice please email me im as stumped as you are
