Seen this?

1. How to slaughter a possum to prepare for dinner.

2. Get a broom handle, place it over the possums neck and stand on both ends of it, and pull on the possums tail real hard until you hear it's neck break.

3. put the possum in water with some kind of lye in it, and pull the hair off like you would the feathers on a chicken.

4. the possum Is ready to cook, don't know how, did'nt see that done. possum and sweet potato's supposed to be delicious, please let me know.

Everything looks right there except for the plucking. All you do is gut the grinner, snap the neck, put rod through and place over open fire, once hair is burned solid to meat you scrape off the remains and grinner is ready to eat. Best meal you'll ever have... They call the meal a BLACKJACK... In fact a man asked me to save him a few if I trapped any. I called him and said I had a few. He came and seen that I had skinned them and said they was no good like that.


ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN TOLD TO ME! HAVE NOT TRIED AND WILL NOT!
