WHERE CAN I GET MILK AID FOR A FEMALE DOG AT?? ANYONE KNOW OF ANOTHER WAY FOR A FEMALE TO DROP MILK?? THANKS SETH

If her milk hasn't dropped, or hasn't dropped enough, a shot of oxytocin (you can get it from the vet) helps milk let down (as well as expelling any retained placentas, and starts to get the uterus back in shape).
If she just isn't producing enough, get some kid milk replacer (for goats) from the feed store, and either mix it up into milk according to the directions, or just add the milk powder to her food - either way, make sure she has lots of fresh water, and if you mix her food, mix it very soupy.

Seth,

The Oxytocin works well. I use it all the time on the hog farm. Its pretty safe. In fact I give it to everything after they are done giving birth, just to make sure they clean out and drop milk.
