Trump.

So let me get this straight. The last 8 yrs everything I disagreed with Obama's policies on, I got lumped in by the left into a group that's just racist. We couldn't be against his policies, we just don't like him because he's black. That charge always infuriated me.

But now I'm supposed to support a white Republican who's for raising taxes on the rich. (Job Creators.) I thought that policy was stupid when a black man was for it.

I'm supposed to support a white Republican who is for raising the minimum wage. (Job Killer) Let the economy raise wages, not mandated by the government. I was completely against that policy when a black man was for it.

I'm supposed to support a white Republican who says a man who feels like a woman can go into a woman's bathroom. Completely insane, and I was vehemently against all such nonsense when a black man was for it.

The defense of Planned Parenthood is another. The list could go on.

So now I'm supposed to abandon my principles and throw my support behind a white Republican on things I was strongly opposed to when a black man was leading the show?

However, if everybody doesn't get behind Trump, we all know what we are going to get. The big question and the hardest to answer, what will he do once he gets elected? One thing for sure and there is absolutely NO guess work, in what Hillary will do if she gets elected!

In this case the unknown is a lot more acceptable than the known.

Remember and know this, if Trump gets in and don't listen to the people, it will be a heck of a lot easier to beat him in 4 years than it will to beat Clinton. Make no mistake about it, if she gets in, she'll be there for 8 years!!!!!!

You talk about principles and morals all the time, the one principle that I care about at this time is keeping Hillary Clinton out of the Whitehouse.

The abortion argument is over ,it is here, not going to change , it sucks. Had 20 years of republican presidents since Roe vs Wade didn't change squat, in fact Reagan the Republican standard bearer, signed legislation in California while governor that made the ability to have abortions easier, He was a Democrat at the time or just switched. Trump also said on planned parenthood that they do good things for women's health, But we should not be funding abortions. You are strongly against abortion, but not voting for Trump and allowing Hillary to win would only make it worse, she would probably be for after birth murders up to a year old.

Do you think Trump would do anything to make the restroom issue legal, the real answer is NO, what Trump needs to do is when he is asked lefty questions is answer with his policies not the social crap, the left asks those type of questions to distract from the true problems.

Trump said something could be done with the minimum wage, but that should be decided at the state level. Along with most of the issues that Obama has shoved down our throats, and Hillary will too.

I don't think Trump is a devout Christian, but he will not limit anyone's ability to be one. Can you say that about Obama and Hillary.

You know our government spends all their time fighting to change the past, while Trump priorities are the present and future.

I think you made good points re: White/Black.

There's a misconception that those against OBama are rascist. There's no doubt that rascism exists. We can't deny that.

But, Bill Clinton probably endured a greater level of attacks than OBama, and Bill Clinton is white. Was that rascism? Of course not. Character issues? Certainly!

But, with OBama and Bill Clinton, it's mostly about politics. And, you had the same with Bush, though not of the same magnitude.

Here's one reason I'm not a fan of the Republican Party or Democratic Party. Listen to them. They both talk about "Uniting The Party". Aren't they supposed to be public servants? Shouldn't they instead be talking about "Serving The American People"?

50 States, but two unified collective voices (R and D). Our current system is defeating the Constitution!!!

I think I can say I am as Conservative as any one on this sight or maybe more depending on the issue. first I will not , and can not vote for any one running on the Democratic ticket. Second, I will not vote for an independent candidate because they cannot win ! So that being said I would have to vote for someone I feel loves the country and Honestly cares about its Future and not a Left winged Agenda ! I did not Vote for Mr. Trump in the Primary, but if he is the Republican Nomine I will vote for Him Regardless of What Paul Ryan does or Jeb bush or Rhino Lindsey Graham, I will pray for This Nation and I will pray for Who ever is Elected that they will Do what is Morally Right in the eyes of God and not man. Yall know who Im voting for. Aint hiding it and Im not skeered to tell it. We already to far gone for anyone to help Im afraid. Some may slow the process down some and some may speed it up. Matter of fact. Im not so interested in the presidential election now as I am trying to get these sand bagging Gop members voted out of office. If theyd have put as much effort into stopping obamaas they have stopping Trump. We would be in better shape.

I'll vote for Trump too and I share those same, so call, misconceptions. There is a ton of information out there about Trump, little of it is good. As bad as he is, he's is still better than Hillary. Never Hillary!
I believe most of those who have been supporting Trump have read little of the conservative commentary. I suggest conservatives go to Conservative Review and look around. Just as Obama won large, Trump will too because people are voting emotionally, i.e., with their heart instead of with their head.

Before I take the time (not much time) to read the CR or AT I cant help but thinking these sites are created by merely opinions of others. That's why I stated listen to what comes out of Trumps mouth and base a opinion. Also I'm not sure I understand why the statement (as bad as he is) keeps showing up. I would think the American people are speaking out by our # votes?

I agree with you Ga Dawg.
I read CR and AT and others because unlike us, there are many people who spend their lives reading and studing politics. I read most of the comments which many times are in the hundreds. By doing so, I get a more complete picture of an issue. I watch Fox for an hour or so each day and I know they too are working an agenda. That's why I read other sources and many of the comments.
We will regret a Trump presidency. But not as much as we would regret a Hillary presidency. I hope a year from now, one of you will point out how stupid I was back then.
