Junction, Illinois

I saw where a couple of old dogs from Missouri and one from Arkansas are being "tuned up". Is anyone else going to be there? Will Mississippi be there? What about John Henry, Shilo and Crow? I am thinking about riding up there just to see what is going on.

Me and my three and a third legged dog might show up. Been hunting her a little and she been looking good. A little early to know if she can handle two full rounds yet...but I hope she is able_

I wish I could come and play in the redbone hunt. Win or loose it sound like a great time. I may have to come just for the fun of it. Isn't there an open event that weekend as well?

I think Perkey has one in the top 16....maybe if he shows he can bring Jet...I could handle him if not hunting Bree...or Matt B could....he got Dutch's other male Hot spot, in the finals last year

Just looked over the list again, I was wrong about perkey having a dog in the top 16...I forgot he was handling jet when he won that money so dutch has the dog in the top 16. Not sure if he will show or not...he just kind of shows up where you least expect him

They got pills that will take her out of heat in a few day if that is something you wanted to do. I gave em to Bree once and it took her out and she came in 3 months later. I think the vet called them Ovaban.
But you may be planning on breeding her.

There is a nice little warmup hunt out in Arkansas this weekend. It should provide a preview to the hunt next weekend. I don't know who is planning on going but the only ones qualified are John Henry, Danno, Shilo, Sandy, Sammy/Rocker, Crow, Rocky, Raider and Breanna. Good Luck to all of the Redbones planning on going.

I won't make the warm up...but me and Bree should be rolling into Junction the following friday. She is treeing plenty of coon on the nights I hunt her but she is a little sore for a day or two after.
