Currently 2 Million people, that formerly paid for their own healthcare, have been dropped from their provider as a result of ACA. Don't worry folks, there are an assumed 500,000 (this number is assumed because they won't release the true statistics) new members that have signed up for healthcare on the healthcare.gov website. I think it would be safe to say that nearly every one of those 500,000 people are receiving subsidized coverage.

Maybe it's like your liberal media is reporting. The policies do not meet the minimum requirements set by ACA. Maybe the insurance companies need to up premiums to cover the amount it will cost them to cover pre-existing conditions. I guarantee you the companies will not lose money and still stay in business.

I travel in circles surrounded by HR Professionals, and many agree that this strategy is going to fail miserably for companies...why? The companies that keep their insurance, will also attract the cream of the crop in talented/skilled workers. You will see many of the companies jumping on the early ban wagon, go back to offering benefits when their production hits all time lows from a subpar workforce......

Maybe for some companies yes...but for many more large & small businesses the benifit of saving thousands as a apposed to spending $2000 will out weigh it in the end ! With the job market the way it is there are plenty of people looking for jobs not just paying min wage who would be glad to fill our shoes should we walk away because of lack of benifit packages !!! Look for companies to start dropping employees insurance left & right when the employer mandate kicks in...it will happen !

Well this OLD NEWS just came into affect against the will of most everyone I know. The post starts out with your liberal news source that has brought it back to the top of the head lines. Most of what I have seen from this administration is cutting more holes in the side of the sinking ship.

Why should I work hard to support those that are unwilling to work?

Can you really not see that the only thing this administration is succeding in is making more people reliant on the GOV? How great is that and what about the American Dream am I supposed to provide that for everyone?

you do realize the majority of cancellation notices are going out to those on individual plans or in business for themselves.

bottom line, he lied why cant you admit it. its not a big coincidence all of this is happening as obamacare is being implemented
