Registration papers
I just bought a dog that's a little over a year old. She is still on puppy papers. The guy I bought her from has filled out the back but didn't send them in. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get her put into my name?
1.make sure all information is filled out completely on the puppy papers
permanent registration after a year old is $49
2. print off a third part affidavit and completely fill it out
cost $20
mail all that in together with a $69 check
make sure to send it with a tracking number so you can make sure it was received. Take pictures of all documents with your phone before you mail them.
This is what I did when I found myself in this position once before. Hopefully I am giving you correct advice.
You can go to the UKC website and the registration department and find the needed form.
Papers
Ok I appreciate the help.
Third party affidavits
Where can I find the third party affidavits? I think I've looked everywhere but haven't had any luck.
