Many good dogs are coming off of lone pine females. Either one of these litters has as good of chance as any to make top hounds. Trackgirl reproduced on everything that she was bred to.

You're right Sonny, she had great litters off a number of different studs.

Quicky did too. Shot is super nice, I really like her. I handled her a time or 2. She is really easy to call. Just strike and tree the loudest dog in the cast at the time. She had nice houndy, male dog mouth. Big leggy female.

Good luck with your prospects this year!

I hunted with Shot and Fran the night I shot the videos. I was doubly impressed. Go hunting, move around good, get treed and have it kind of hounds with good mouths. Both are excellent tree dogs. Fran won my heart with her size, demeanor and accuracy. Shot with the get deep and get it done type of hunting style. When I was there, Randy had UKC World Champion Sue and UKC Reserve Champion M$ Baby in the kennel and he pulled these two out when we went hunting. I had hunted with Sue at the World Championship the night before she won it all. I thought, "If this is the B-Team, this guy is getting it done in the breeding game." Of course I have a Lone Pine hound of my own now and that was because of what I saw out of the three Lone Pine females I saw go. Fran and Shot were hunted independently of the other the night I shot the videos.

I don't know how'd you'd pick a favorite of all those females. I've hunted with all them a fair bit, although not as much with Fran as the others.

They are all better than most.
