TT15 cutting off

Wondering if anybody has had a 15 cut itself off? It was updated about 3 months ago, it’s taking charge, showing full battery and has good gps signal. It just cuts itself off after a couple minutes. Cut it back on, and it works fine for a minute then cuts itself off again?

My collars are doing the same thing I called garmin in and they said no one is having these problems but I thinks it's the new 200 that is causing the problem

I’m still using the alpha 100 so I guess that rules that part out. Is it possible the power button has became sensitive to movement/impact? Hoping somebody has a solution for this?

.

When you turn it on and go to the dog information page. Does it show full battery strength after being charged. I would gently take the bottom plate off like you were going to change the battery and see if there is any moisture on the circuit board or and signs of discoloration due to moisture. Some electronic contact cleaner can help straighten it out if there is. Do not use wd40 just contact cleaner.

It’s showing full charge on the garmin, but I’ll take it apart to see if there’s any moisture inside.
