Mini Slam Info

Where do I find money breakdown for mini slam? $25,$35 entry fee etc.

It’s a 50/50 split half for the club half for the hunters but the club has to pay the $7 a dog and hunt packet out of theirs.


Exzample :


$25 minie slam 10 dogs = $250


The hunters will split $125

$25 mini slam with 10 entries = $250

$125 for hunter payout

$125 left

$25 for hunt packet plus $7 per entry ($70)

$10 for permit from State

$20 left for club

The sponsoring club walks away with $20 and UKC walks away with $95

Not a good business model for the club. I know the club can make more with a $35 entry. The same can be said of a $100 entry fee, SMH
