garmin 320 and alpha question

how do I do a master reset to clear everything outta it an make it like new?

ok I got one of each an need to do it to both both say memory is full an want do anythang

On 320 hole the map and menu button down and press on button. It will start up and ask you if you want to reset it. Hold map and menu bottons down till message appears.
On alpha but finger on upper right corner of screen and with fonger there push on button and release and keep finger on screen till it starts up with message. Then follow on screen instructions.
