help or any info

i bought a new astro 320 with a map card already in it.now when i went out and use it i couldnt see any roads that my dog was close to. so i came home and updated it on the computer and still the same what am i doing wrong.thanks for your help

First lets make sure the card is still in and the door is closed down and locked on it. If it is then do the following.
Select Map
Menu
at the bottom it says hit restore defaults. should go back to map page and you should see maps.

If that don't work call 904-692-1568 and have your astro with you and we can check some things out.

Also like mentioned the zoom level you are at will determine what you see on the screen.
