UKC night hunt rules

Where can I find the most updated rule book? I did a lot of research and the only copy I can find is for 2014. Is that the newest one out, or is there one for 2015 now? Thanks for any help.

It is in the 2014 UKC coonhound rulebook that I found online. I am new to all of this. I am a previous bear hunter that is trying to get into coon hunting after a five year break while I was in the military. I don't plan on doing any competition hunts for a couple of years, but I want to stay on top of the rules so I am prepared when I get to that point.
