traded dog awaiting papers , need help

I traded my english hound for a treeing walker named Ohio Valley Jake.
The owner that I traded with stated the hound was on trial by another person interested in buying him , that later decided against the purchase , however , that person signed the ukc registration papers and the papers were to be sent in by the actual owner and then returned to me. I have not yet received the papers . I am trying to contact the breeder, I have been advised that the hound was born in West Virginia, the only additional information that I have is that the Sire is Merchents Barney the 3rd . If anyone can assist me with getting in contact with the breeder I would appreciate it .

The registered owner of the dog would have to sign the papers over to you. If they papers are lost, the registered owner can get another set of papers by filling out one of our duplicate applications, which can be downloaded from our website.
