Turned the collar off and when I checked it the red light is stuck on, collar will not turn back on and the red light won't go out. Anyone got any ideas?

Hold the power button down for 15sec and release it. That should reset it.

.

Hold the power button for 20 to 25 seconds. That will do a mast reset on it. Hold the button down firmly and keep it held in.
