Dog Box Cooling fans lookin for some ideas
I just picked up a used HERITAGE double dog box fully insulated with top storage and im looking for some fan/cooling ideas for this coming spring and summer. I know theres a million ways to go about it ive seen heater blower motors outta cars, battery powered fans and even ice holders that mount on both sides of the dog box divider. I dont really use the top storage on my box so im thinkin that would be a good area to put in a fan or some other cooling system but i wanna see what else is out there pictures and all feedback welcome lets see what yall have come up with.
Fans.....
They make fans you mount to your dog box doors, battery operated. I think Owens sells them ?

I think ive seen those fans in the nite lite and F&T catalogs and they looked like they didnt put off a whole lotta air but if they work good ill seriously look into em it seems like installing them is pretty simple

You may check at an auto wrecking yard and buy a 12 volt fan off a small car. The elect fan that cools the radiator. You could wire it to the battery or your trailer plug. Good luck.
