there isnt a best, all are cheap plastic. now get one of those new hard/soft combos they are going to make the regular bump cap obsolete

i got the soft hat/bump cap combo an its great an cheap! twenty bucks frm nite lite

I have discovered that the hard liner that comes in the new soft/hard hats can be put in any ballcap, and i found those hard liners on EBAY for 9 bucks.
