Sole Signatory

I want to convert my UKC registration from single owner to a co-ownership under the sole signatory system.

Is there a fee associated with the submission of the sole signatory form?

Just the $20.00 fee to print new papers.

Is there a special form to use? my registration papers only show 2 owners
