Easy February Coon Video

Here is a video of my bob tailed dogs treeing some coon.

These coon were easier than some of them that me and a buddy have been getting. He likes to hunt wider hunting dogs in some big bottoms and hills. We have got coon every night hunting those places but he literally wore me out. My health is not as good as it was 20 years ago when I regulary hunted such places and followed that type of dog.

These days I like hunting my Curs in places you can't hunt deep hunting dogs. My Curs don't get out of pocket and either tree a coon or come back to me when I hunt a small place. They were red hot the other night treeing 4 coon on the outside in little over an hour. Heck, I was at home stretched out in my new Lazyboy watching the Bulls basketball game before I knew it. LOL

I wasn't sure how the Curs would be accepted on the main board. I am a die hard English breeder but due to old age and my hunting areas being took over by folks not liking dogs, I am coon hunting with Curs more and more these days. I can hunt them in areas my hounds would get me in trouble.
