Going Back To Tree ?
In a registered cast if a dog goes back to the same tree 3 times do you scratch it or just delete the points? I would like to hear from UKC on this?

In UKC hunts the dog(s) can go back an unlimited number of times. You delete srtike and tree points each time.

No need to have UKC weigh in on this. This has never been a UKC rule.
The dog can go back a million times if it wants to and not get scratched or minused because the rules plainly say no points awarded for going vack to the same tree. If there are no points there are none to minus and no points means any points mistakenly awarded would be deleted.
UKC lists the scratchable offenses in the "dogs will be scratched" section of the rules (as well as the implied scratch for intentionally breaking the rules).
Nowhere does it say to scratch a dog for returning to the tree.
Nowhere is it against the rules for a dog to return to the tree.
Therefore you have to just put up with it even though it is frustrating.
