brightest light on budget

Husband needs light with rheostat for Christmas. Can't afford $300 light can anyone offer suggestion for brightest belt light for a low price?

Check out the "Hot" light by Prowler Lites in Alabama...For a $125 dollars , its gives a good bright lite for a very reasonable price...I used one for about 4 yrs without any problems.. i finally gave it to youth hunter...
