need help

im doing this for a friend they were wondering ok well they have a bluetick female and a male and the female was running loose and the female got bred ok and well i was trying to figure out if the male bluetick got ahold of her she had her pups and they came out like blueticks do and they seem to look like they will get there ticks would that be pasible that the female bred to the male while the male was chained up see there is no other coon hound around just mutt i didnt no if it was posable that the female walked over to him and let him breed her

A female will go to a male just as fast as a male will to a female. BUT no body can tell what blood a pup has in it by looking at it. May be all colord like mom and not look nothing like male. Some may belong to one male and others another if 2 males covered the bitch. You would have to DNA them all.
