Question for UKC

Does UKC have any future plans to offer a system for members to look up information (wins, pups, etc) on dogs based on the registration number. For instance, if I know a dogs registration number I could type it in a database and see all wins, were they were, how many pups, pup wins, who owns a dog now that I may have owned in the past, etc. I know UKC has the database to provide this information, so why not allow members to use it. The system could be secure reference system and not provide the opportunity to make any changes.

I think this would provide a great service to UKC members and might even decrease the questions, request, and work load on UKC staff.

Personally, I don't care if someone looks up information on any of my dogs. So I wouldn't care if someone has the number of my dogs and looks them up. I don't have anything to hide, so who cares. It sure would nice to look at information on dogs I currently own or may have owned in the past.

We actually do have plans to make this information available sometime in the future. We have to upgrade our system here and we're not sure exactly how long that is going to take, but to answer your question, yes we do have plans to make this information available to you in the future.
