Whale Wars....Continued!!!

There was a thread on her previously about these loons in the Antarctic. I seen on the news that they are still at it and actually getting worse in there tactics.

It was showing that they actually used their own ship and rammed a Japanese ship to keep them from pulling in a whale that they had killed.

Earlier I had thought that if the Japanese were hunting whales illegally then what the activists were doing may be justified. What they are doing in their current activities is just a plain criminal act. From what I took from the news is that it is causing a stir between different countries as well.

Just wanted to share this with all that was involved in the previous thread about these people "whale wars" or the "steve irwin ship". Wanted to hear some of your thoughts on these people and their actions........

I wasn't involved in the previous thread, but, if we can get them to start ramming trucks that are "pulling" raccoons we can start shooting back.... "Your Honor, I thought my life was threatened." Kinda puts a new spin to it.

Whale Wars

I was involved in the previous thread.I can't believe those idiots actually done that. If you done that with a car you would be charged with vehicular attempted murder. I wonder why they can't be charged the same on water? I really don't understand why someone hasn't put a stop to that kind of behavior.And, put a stop to that show!! They will meet the wrong people someday and a halt will be put to their "Whale War."

From what I saw on it, there may be some charges or something put on them for this one.

This type of AR activity is is being broadcast on the same mainstream media that the AKC has deals with. Kind of makes you wonder how the powers that be at the AKC came to digest sharing the same stage as the AR folks. For a little over 10 years I have refused to associate with the AKC because I was seeing signs of it back then. Those signs have continued to become clearer over the years. Animal Planet is a well known medium for the AR folks and the AKC is doing their part to keep them alive.
