I wish they were extinct in Indiana.
Me too.I aint never seen one,but my grandpa killed a monster back in the 50's in Perry County.
There was a couple killed in Alton a few years ago.A guy killed one under his propane tank.Went out about an hour later and danged if another one wasn't layin' under it.
He called the game warden to report it and the game warden went down there and tried to write him a ticket because they are protected.He told the game warden they were not protected in his yard.

i have yet to encounter one. haha. there were some copper heads or somthing here a few years ago, or cotton mouth, somthin along those lines said they traveled the river and spread from there. havnt heard anything about them in about 4 years tho.

I try and get along with all the creapy crawlys out there. Give em there space, and kinda live and let live. There is one exception to that rule.............if it poisonious, it dies. Period.
I dont care if its the last pygmy spotted jumpin owl spider. If I see it and it has poison, it dies.
