Hunt on Mudcreek

First time Pepper been out in long time.He got struck drove track in there took over hour to get to him .When we get there he face to face wiff big ole ricky racoon.He is what everyone says they want to have .Open on ground with big bawl mouth.

I have hunted with Shawn Shanks off and on for the past twenty years and I think he had the most fun hunting Butch. Unfortunately, I was not hunting at all when he had Butch or even when Randy Smith had Roller. I was too busy chasing my kids going to sporting events for what seemed like every weekend at the time. Thank goodness my boys love to coon hunt. Now it's trips to the woods instead of ball games.

Shawn's been hunting a redtick female for Joe Don that is quick on both ends. She split treed about fifty yards away from my Yogi dog the other night and both dogs had dens. She is going to be a good one with some hard hunting. He's been calling her "D". It's short for "dog" because nobody has told Shawn what her name is yet

Shawn and B are headed to nationals this week....we hunted B and D lol tonight in deepfork bottoms...both looking good...walcur days is the 15/16th this month always a good hunt for English dogs...

Stud dogs

We dont have any stud dogs we got coon dogs.Alot of guys on here looking for a male to breed there female to.Some of these dogs on this board look good bred right and can tree a coon .but r along ways from stud dog material.Pepper i dont own a hair on this dog.But i can show u he is a coon dog.And he not going to be hauled around to big hunts put in a stud dog pen and tell how good he is.There is enough hunts u can title a poodle this day and age. Come for a hunt u b glad u did not brag just fact.
