Joe Morris Memorial Hunt, May 18 at Sampson County CHA

The Sampson County Coonhunters Association in Clinton, NC will be hosting the Joe Morris Memorial hunt and show on May 18,2013. There will be a special plaque awarded to the high scoring English in the hunt and there will be an all English show and a special plaque will be awarded to the best English of the show. Joe was not a member of our club but he was a loyal supporter of our events and he was always a honest and fair man who always had a coon dog on the end of his lead. Our club would like to show the Morris family and Joe's many friends how much Joe meant to all of us, so please try to make plans to come out on May 18th and and help us honor the life of one of our fellow coonhunters. Take care and I look forward to seeing everyone at this hunt.

Patrick, I look forward to seeing you there. Talked to Joe's wife today and she and some of Joe's family plan on attending the hunt. Please come out and help us celebrate the life of one of our own and share the good memories that we have of Joe with his family.

Jeffrey I plan on being there I know Justin Price will be attending also. Jason Murry said he was coming to. I know you will have atleast 2 Grnitech dogs hunting. Look forward to seeing you guys there.

Adrian, that sounds good, bring the grands on, we will have you covered. When I ordered the trophies yesterday, I ordered an grand nite trophy, so we will be ready for you all.

Make plans now, the hunt is 2 weeks from tomorrow.

I am getting excited, the hunt is less than 2 weeks away.

We will be having barbecue chicken at the hunt. We will be cooking 40 pounds of leg quarters, so there should be plenty for everybody.

Making final preparations, hunt is 1 week from tomorrow.

With over 1700 views, I think we will have a good turnout next weekend. Hunt is one week from today.

Thanks Andy, Joe meant alot to our club, he attended almost every hunt we had. We felt it was the least we could do to honor his memory.
