Had a PKC hunt last night in Maple. I guided, we scored 5 wild farm fed coon in the "1 Hour" hunt with Scott Friesorger winning with his 10 1/2 year old female Threat. Scored 700+. Not to shabby!
He has dog power, do you??

The Old dog and I will be there, going to hold ya to that offer. Thanks
ps.GrNiteChCh Pkc Ch Quick Flash will be getting bred to the 2006 Michigan PKC state Champion Stylish Stubby on sunday the 13th of May. Price on the pups will be $250 Anyone interested in a pup must come and hunt with Flash for a night or two. Make sure your not making a mistake. Flash also was in the finals of the PKC state hunt this year, and everytime I ask her if she's ready for the UKC state hunt end of the month she winks and smiles at me See what she has up her sleeve come that time.

Ben-
After I seen you had to drive all the way back to Maple at the last PKC hunt, I decided we better not do that to ya anymore or you'll quit comming around. I'll be there. -Angie
P.S. If it was going to be to hot out at the State you could even run the old dog and do pretty well.

Don't count him out.
Ol' Jake may be at the state hunt as well. He might get hunted one night and Flash the other. Not sure yet. May also be putting Jake in the swim race. He takes to water like a beaver. Hopefully they will have good scent on the coon hide for he is blind and can't see the cage Hoping also that I can talk K-Dubb into letting me put Ancor in the field trial. He is the fastest running dog from tailgate to timber I have seen. If its a good track with good footing I'll be a contender
Also I just paid a huge amount of money on a proven winning male dog that can hold his own in the treeing contest. Eat your heart out Dusty, he's better than Michigan Lotto
I'm coming packing
I have no real problem guiding out of there, just that darn gas price makes it tough and there is just as good hunting right out of the club.

Alright-
Sounds like Mr. Crocker is packing for the 2006 State Hunt! Makes it easier when it's a little closer to home, right? I sure think so, with gas prices and entry fee's this sport could get expensive but I wouldn't change it for the world. Last nights hunt reminded me what I have been missing out on. -Angie
WalkerCash- The coon were out in his spots last night, that and they all were packing coon dogs. Had a great hunt. Come on out Thursday night to Chesaning and we can do it all over again.

I guess I could go out and educate some more turkeys. The pups got their first taste of trash yesterday. We let them run in the fenced in yard daily, and they found a bunny nest. Guess I can't say this bunch were naturally trash free.lol

We had are first PKC hunt at Linwood last night. You folks from Chesaning should come on up to some. It shouldn't be to awful far to drive. The club is only a few miles off I-75
Jared
Jared,
I am near I-75. It only takes me an hour to get to Standish. I bet Linwood is much closer than most will realize.
PS Bob, I might be able to sneak away Saturday.

Where do you Live? I thought you were down by Maple. Linwood is south of Standish. It is only about 10-12 miles north of Bay City.
