Paul these are the same spotlights marketed under the Boss name. I mentioned above Mike sells these to us.

We had a customer tell us about this spotlight and how it complimented the cap light he got from us. I contacted Mike and ordered some.

Thanks for the light Bruce I really like it and fast shipping as always even to ohio, one question though , is the charger a smart charge will it hurt to leave the spot plugged in all the time while not in use?

Paul the house charger is a smart charger and can be left plugged in. I personally don't recommend that due as I am from the home school.
