What's wrong with Merry Christmas?

Why has society turned to Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas?
Anybody notice that saying Happy Holidays that the word is actually "Holy" days lol!!!?

Merry Christmas to UKC

I Notice on my Bloodlines issue for December UKC put Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. I guess they didn't want to hurt anyones feelings or offend anyone.

There are a lot of different religions celebrating holidays the same time we celebrat christmas. everybody has the right to celebrate what they want or some dont celebrate anything at all. Lots of different cultures i wouldnt expect a jew to tell me merry christmas just like im not gonna wish happy kwanza or honika but happy hollidays is a respectful was of telling someone that doesnt share your views to enjoy the holiday season and we all get along nicely.

no what the problem is the USA has gave in and turned their back for what they stand for just like prayer in school and selling out their citizens for a bunch of illegals , add in all the hippies and tree huggers and peta and you pretty much have a full deck , i say if no one wants to hear merry christmas they can stick their fingers in their ears because i am not saying happy holidays and don't really care who likes it , MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT ..

where in the wcountry are you not allowed to pray in schools? I believe that comes with the freedom of religion. ive never even heard of a kid gettin in trouble for praying in school! And maybe its not that nobody wants to hear merry christmas maybe the ones that say happy holidays just dont celebrate christmas.
