what are some strange things yall have heard or seen at night?

i know ive heard, saw and found some wierd things in the woods at night, how about yall?

I have witness a Russian space satalite explode when it entered the atmosphere... actually thought we were getting bombed lol... have seen a huge asteroid light up the sky right over head and some bark and bugs that glowed in the dark along with some kind of plant that glowed in the dark

wow lol ive heard someone singing continuously for about an hour in the middle of the woods, then we found an old house in an old creek bottom with dolls all over the floor, i still to this day refuse to go back LOL!

Really now the most worried I ever was. We came across this big ol tepee way out in the woods. Miles from anything. They had dug steps out up a bank. Had BONES hanging from trees. Had old logs sitting up like drums. Had bones laying around to beat on em with. Like leg bones or something. Figured it was devil worshipers or something and we got the heck outta there. Never went back. Its a big subdivision now.

One night we were going huntin. My buddy was in front of me. A van is sitting in the rd with nobody around. A field off to the side. So my bud goes in field to get around van. Im following. I hear him sour down on it. Next thing I see is a arm come flying up outta the grass. My buddy done run over a Feller. Thought it was a log and actually gassed it I get out and run up there. Holler at the ol boy and he's not responding. So take off to nearest pay phone to call 911. They get there and the guy comes to. He was passed out drunk in the field. Had tire prints across his blue jeans. Law wanted to lock everybody up. Kept us out there forever. Claimed we musta had a drug deal going on lol. Poor guy that got run over actually did go to jail. Felt bad for him.

when you said something about the van that reminded me of two guys here found a van in the middle of the woods, and looked inside, a man had drove it into the woods and killed himself with carbon monoxide, when the coroner went to pull him out his arm just pulled off he had been sitting there so long he was decomposing.

I seen what I thought was a albino coon last night. Turns out it was a white house cat. I had one outta the other 2 convinced for a few min it was a coon. Then the whooping started.

Sounds

I heard what sounded like a Zippo lighter open one night. Scared me to death. I got real quite and listened good. Didn't hear anything more so I kept heading for the truck. When I got close to the road the dogs acted like there was something or someone up ahead. I stopped again and could swear I heard someone FART, then I could smell it. That ole fart just lingered in the air. I hollered out but no one answered. I put the dogs in the box fast and was unlocking the truck door when I heard a Zippo close and open again. I was to spooked to even turn around and look, just got the heck out of there.

Was in a big coon contest one night dogs were treed about a hundred yards away in really thick swamp. Buddy was behind me yelled to come back there was a pair of eyes real far apart jus glowing at us i kept looking through scope for minutes and couldn't make it out then it blinked an the eyes went down into the brush and never heard another sound, to this day don't know what we seen. Bear seems logical but my buddy insists it wasn't. Went to dogs shot coon and got second in big coon contest!

We had the dogs tree one night and while we were shinin the tree we saw what looked like a white bag. So we decided to climb up and find out what it was. It ended up being a weather balloon that the weather service had released for gathering data. We mailed it in to the address posted on it. Never heard nothing back. Also found out its the best way of finding mr. ringtail. He's not to fond of having a 200 pound guy in the tree with him.

i heard a mountain lion one night,i didnt see it but i know it was big enough to whup me and my dogs lol. i couldnt get back to the house quick enough.couple months later them ole cur dogs put him up a bush.i hope to never see another one of them thangs.

i walked up on a couple parking tonight,i didnt know there were even there until i got pretty close to them.i parked on a old wagon road and had them blocked in,so i had to walk the 2 miles back to let them out.they seemed like they were feeling no pain,and had more earrings then dennis roddman hanging off them lol.
