COI of inbreeding

Is 25% too much? Any responsible breeders out there with opinions?

That would be the equivalent of breeding a dam to her sire. I wouldn't do that on purpose.
We have bred half brother half sister crosses with good success and have recently did a first cousin cross with Stogie and Jenna. These are examples of line breeding not inbreeding.

What would breeding uncle to niece be?

COI

The individuals being mated need to be evaluated for physical, mental stability and if the traits they carry are recessive or dominant. The COI is just a starting point. In every litter there are individuals that could be used to advance a bloodline and individual littermates that should be sterilized.
The individual evaluating the potential dogs being considered for mating is the most important piece of the puzzle! It is scientific analysis of data and in most cases there is no factual data available and only somebody's opinion.

ETC; Four dog cast and after its over you get four completely different analysis of the hunt and the dogs individual ability.
