Purina weight circles

Anyone else having trouble submitting receipts and redeeming
Money after you have enough weight? I'm old school so not good with computers so maybe I doing something wrong. Any help be appreciated.

I do it with my smart phone or with the computer & scanner. On the phone, go to the purina web site. You have to set up a account with them, then log in, go to receipt submission, then click on camera. the phone will send it to them and they send you a message back saying successful. They want to see the store name, date, and barcode. You fold the receipt to show the info and hide what ever else you bought. On the computer you scan the receipt and send it on their website. If I can do it, I think anybody could. I think there is still a way to mail it in, but I'd have to study the website to see how.

How much are your weight circles worth?
Over here in Canada they just went up to $7. Per circle on a 17kg bag. Which considering the bag is now at $90. Isn’t very good and we can only redeem Purina Pro plan dog food now.
