Dogtra collar repair

Anyone have any experience with having a dogtra collar repaired? Where can I send it?
All of a sudden it won't take a charge. I checked it with a different charger first, then ordered a new battery from dogtra. It's still doing the same thing?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
