Duplicate Paper Question

Hi Russell,

I bought a dog and lost the the papers before I transferred the dog into my name.

Another kennel club has a form that when you apply for duplicate papers and also transfers the dog into the new owners name. Does UKC have that? Can the Affidavit Paper be submitted with the duplicate registration request to transfer the dog right over?

Just seems a waste to have the seller request duplicate papers, then me re-submit them to have the dog transferred into my name.

UKC no longer has a form like that. The owner would have to fill out the duplicate application and then sign the duplicate papers over to you.
