Registration already filled out

The previous owner of a dog filled out the new owner information on the papers and did not send them off. How can I put them in my name without sending them off in his name first.

You need to fill out one of our Affidavit forms and send it in to us with the registration papers you have now. You can download the Affidavit from our website or you can send me a PM with your name, complete mailing address, and the fact that you need an Affidavit form and I can mail you one.
