Don't let Babbling ruin a good hunt
Posted on here about reading of vodka being a good odor remover. And ask if anyone has used it. Had over 3oo views. I am sure several pursued my question on the web sites I added. They continued to hunt.
Two months ago someone posted about dog loosing hair. I replied my knowledge of treated lumber. Again I am sure many continued to hunt. Hasn't been to long ago a dog was being sold on here, because he/she couldn't be kept on treated wood. (Allergic to treated lumber.)
I have a big heart for my dogs. And any information I can gather from here or I can share, maybe will better the care for all dogs.
I really think there is a lot of great know how out there. And is not being shared because they don't want to be minused by the BABBLING. Wonder where the dogs get it?
Now to everyone I have offended I want to apologize for my offence. To those that want to babbly let me have it.
Share your infro!!

I seen nothing about anything you said that was offensive. Kinda is like OU is doing a study on panicure wormer is curing cancer they noticed dogs when wormed with it that had skin cancer it went away. Cancer cannot live in a high alcoline environment.
Keep on posting.

I'm just waiting on Chey to loan a collar to someone to try out this vodka thing. The last 2x he has let someone use one of his Garmin collars the dog wearing it has got a skunk lol.
I use rubbing alcohol in cleaning alot and it is a great solvent sticky residue, I can see how it may work well on breaking down the oils that hold many odors. Rubbing alcohol would work the same as vodka but I would cut it by around 1/2 before using on a large area. A couple of warnings I would not use it all over a dog that is hot in the summer, give it time to cool off. It would make a good cooling agent to spray on head/neck area and feet just not all over so dog won't go into shock. Always avoid mucus membranes too like the eyes and mouth.
Keep the ideas coming!

Make absolutely sure that none of your dogs be given anything with artificial sweeteners in it, it will KILL your dogs, even a small amount of xylitol can KILL. Dave
