INFO Grandnight Clear Forf Bl Ruger X Kirby's Sandrock Doll Baby Blue

I was wondering if anyone could give me some information or report on these two hounds and this cross. I have just gotten a 2 year old female from this cross that has not been messed with much. I just have the puppy papers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Scott.

Ruger

I had Ruger here at Southern Bluetick Kennels for a period of time. Ruger was a solid hound. He wasn’t flashy but treed coons. He had a good mouth not overpowering but good. He hunted out good and was very good on trailing tracks. He was a bawl mouth treedog and was pretty accurate. He wasn’t as fast as I liked on a running coon but was a nice hound. He was a NtCh with 3 wins when I had him. I sold him to a guy in Jemmison, Al and he got the other 2 wins to GrNtCh him. Don’t know anything about the cross but the Kirby sand rock dogs go back to a lot of Arkie and Vaughn breeding. Ruger was Spike and Mr Blue breeding. Hope this helps. Darren
