Lost puppy papers

I Have lost puppy papers. How do I replace them?

The breeder will need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms and send it in to us with $15.00. This application can be printed out from our website.

is this the same process if the litter registration paper for the puppy was lost?

The breeder gave me a litter paper and that's what I have lost.
