Check card,make sure it is in place and locked in ,if that doesn't work,go to maps,,menu,restore default ,,if that doesn't work,do a master reset,,one of them should work,,but I would first make sure the card is in place and secured,,,and if nothing I suggested will work,,get ahold of Bruce Conkey,,he is the expert at this stuff
