Nite hunt report

On the UKC nite hunt report that the club sends in :

Where you have to have 2 club officials sign . How many clubs get 2 people to sign it before the hunt is over ? Also do you have to wait for the scorecards are turned in first ?

There is a section at the top of the first page of the hunt report that provides lines for the club officials to sign. They should sign after the report is completed.

Bill yep I knew that too . It's just I've seen it done over the years and was told by someone that it can not be done before the hunt is over . It has to be done afterward all scorecards are in . They also said a club/ or someone got on probation for having it signed before hand . Just want to know the facts . Lol
