Tri Tronics G3 exp problem

The on off buttons on both of my exp collars are sticking anybody ever had this happen and how did you fix it they are around a year old any help appreciated

You should have a 2 year warranty on the product.

I would take the collar strap off and there is a date coded into the serial number. Should say something like 0713xxxx
Call Garmin and tell them and they should replace it.
