2 yr old male started
Dob 12\18\ 12 This dog is a nice looking hound that has showed some good promise at times. Split w a coon at 5 months old. From there he just wanted to run track and not tree. Laid him up for the rest of the year. Started hunting him alone this fall he has treed one coon and made two holes. Also treed a possum. When you turn him loose he will go to the woods but will come back most of he time. If I walk to the woods he will than go hunting. He runs track a lot but I don't know what exactly what he is running cause he never puts it up. I have no time to put into this dog like he needs to finish him because of family. He has a nice bawl mouth w a big dying locate. Leads, loads and is good on the chain. Vet checked every year and always been on heartgaurd. He is not ss or performance. Will take him out and show him. Nothing to hide. $500 or trade on guns or hunting equipment. No trials. 419 852 1343

Turned cage coon loose today, dog never seen it. Left him loose he found the track and ran it about 75 yds in the woods where he caught it on the ground. He fought it for a while, coon refused to go up a tree. I finally walked up and got it to go up and he treed real good on it.
I re read this and realized that I made it sound like I had hunted this dog alot . he has only been to the woods approx 10to15 times with another dog and probably 5 times by himself. When I brought him out of the woods the other day I never used a lead and when we got to the truck I told him to load and he did. This dog has a lot of promise I just can't do him any justice cause of family obligations.
